Isolated single-family home on a steep plot, circumstance that is used to facilitate road access to the interior of the house. The house is organized through a central patio on two levels. The lower one is dedicated to day areas, with a more permeable character and allowing ventilation and cross-views to the patio. On the upper one, the patio articulates a perimeter circulation, with views highly filtered thanks to the use of ceramic lattices.
